The new video for Maverick Sabre's forthcoming single "I Need" is released today. Shot largely in New Ross where Maverick grew up, the video includes scenes from the beaches around Wexford to try and "capture Ireland and give people abroad a view of it beyond tourism brochures." Perhaps most poignantly, there's also a scene in Pat Nolan's bar, his father's local:
"I got a load of my friends and my uncle Seanie for the Ross scenes. It was one of the proudest moments of my career. People were cheering me on, saying 'keep up with the music'. Everyone has been really positive. To get that back from the town where I was raised, I will never forget."
